180sx: Poncams + New steering rack + random small jobs

I've lost count of how many times I've done cams on a SR now and I was in a time crunch so I didn't take many photos.

I went with Tomei Poncams. I originally bought springs but decided it wasn't worth putting them in since I'm keeping stock limiter.
Exhaust in.
Now we all in.
I also ended up getting a Dmax steering rack to replace my failed rebuild oem rack. Bittersweet as I could've just ordered one of these from the start saving myself money and time but that's cars for you.
Must say it's good to have a working non leaking rack though. These are designed from s14/15 racks so if you have a s13 you just need to get s14/15 rack bushes as the diameter of the rack is different. A tip I saw on Minkara too was to thread the hardlines into the rack first then bolt it down and tighten the lines after as they're a different angle from s14/15.

I also fit up the Bei House bash plate. Quite like this it's 3mm stainless which is a lot stronger than the 3mm alloy plate I had from another brand on the s14.
It also has some space for the sump whereas the one on the 14 rubbed which meant the sump would still cop force and leak when I'd bottom out.
Unfortunately I needed to trim the front a little bit to clear my FMIC lower bracketes but same time the plate is going to get thrashed.
My B pillar trims were also faded like every other 180sx/s13 out there.
I want to get them resprayed in 2k gloss black when I get the bonnet painted but for now I just vinyl wrapped it gloss black to neaten up the exterior a little.
Quick short post but we're nearing completion.
