Sandown SAU Nationals

So Saturday was SAU Nationals down at Sandown Raceway and it was a a pretty good day for it, however I was 50/50 on attending as I wasn't feeling the best in the morning.  I got a call from Mohsen asking if I had spare hub rings that I could bring down so I figured I may as well pop down for a bit of a look.

Mohsen was having wheel shake issues under braking which the rings seemed to have fixed for the most part as he wasn't running any. The car seemed to be fine for the rest of the day, managing to not catch fire or break down which was a relief. Moh's 32 has been in the works for quite awhile with the RB26, wide body and a lot of teething issues along the way, so it was nice to see it being pushed on the track without a fire or tow truck rushing out to the rescue.

Ready to play the sound of its people
Unfortunately I didn't get much in the way of track side photos so here's a overexposed photo

HR31 Coupe with a booty that belonged in a strip club with the amount of wiggling out the corners it did

And another two i prepared about a week (or two) ago

Vroooooom
Rolling out

I headed out of the pits to have a look at the show and shine/the whole car park so behold the photo dump

A wild BryJen appears

And a wild henry

And an even wilder Gwyn
As you'd expect at an event named Skyline Nationals, there were a lot of skylines

I'll take the Millenium Jade one thanks :3
Hmm maybe a GT-R one day
Angry Zenki, possibly  about it's heart transplant
Nice to see a Gloria around, shame they're not more popular
More GT-ARGH
Aidan's S15 that doesn't Dose, for now...
This KE was smashing it out on the track earlier
S15 with some mad lumpy cams that I rolled guards for the other month
Sabbadin done for the day
Tony popping down, looking good with the Advans and Voltex kit
It was finally time for the Parade lap. Sandown is on my list for next year to track on though it's pretty daunting with all the walls and non existent runoff!

And that's a wrap.
