Luke's JZX110 and a burger

I got the chance to shoot Luke's JZX110 today. We met up with jimmy for lunch at Burgled in Huntingdale where we consumed delicious artery clogging burgers. The chips here were also great!

So we all got the Marco special and from memory it contained; x2 beef patties, x2 bacon, x4 cheese (I only got x2 cheese because I'm not about that life) and a bukkake of delicious sauces (and probably other things, I forgot to note it all down). They also make a quadruple version for those that are keen on following it up with quadruple bypass heart surgery too.

So fattening but so delicious, note the coke zero as I'm trying to watch my weight whilst eating this
So after recovering from our food comas and possibly my heart nearly shutting down, we embarked on a journey to the popular Cardinia Resevoir, managing to dodge our friends in blue on the way there.

The JZX110 is slowly starting to garner more popularity here in Australia however it's hard to sway some people when in standard form it looks like an obese Camry. Luke's example here definitely doesn't fall into the obese Camry category and turns its fair share of heads most likely either gawking at the fitment or simply trying to figure out what on earth it is (or maybe it's just the pedobear sticker)

I'm not gon' smoke but I'm just asking baby could you meet me by the lake
Luke actually uses this as his daily or whenever his S15 is also out of action. This car is a prime example of less is more, simply featuring an aero kit (which he munched the front bar of shortly after this photo) and a set of 19" Volk SF Winnings.

Smooth sailing ahead
Luke recently had the diff go on him and replaced it with a KAAZ 2 way at Sabbadin. Surprisingly the diff is very compliant on the street despite hearing horror stories where owners can't sleep at night because the constant clunking replays through their head but with Luke's car, it was nice and quiet for the most part, only exhibiting the odd clunk on slow really tight turns.

Ass
The interior also features a genuine Bride Vios fixed back and dished MOMO steering wheel, not exactly the first things that come to mind for a daily car but they're quite comfortable. I didn't snap a photo of the interior so here's another exterior photo.

Where's the exhaust?
It would be nice to see more of these around, especially ones that are nicely modified too. I actually started looking into one of these at one point as a new daily, maybe in the future.
